Do all photos have to be the same?

I know this will sound really stupid but I’m just paranoid about getting everything right for this submission. My passport size photos for my 485 and 130A are all identical but the passport size photo of myself for the 765 is not. Do you think that matters?

Our lawyer only sent 2 photographs with I-485, I-765 and I-131. Because they were filed together I think sending only 2 is valid (I don't think he made copies to send more). If you send them separately then you need to comply with each form requirements.

Many people send 6 photographs or more. The instructions only say 2 identical photographs (each form), so if you want to send 6 photos, at least they should be in pairs, 2 identical for 485, 2 identical for 130A, 2 identical for 765 and 2 identical if you want to file 131 too (and send 2 more photos with that), no need for the 6 or 8 photos to be identical with each other, just make sure there are no big differences between photographs (hair, scars, etc).

When I file for renew EAD/AP, I plan on sending only 2.
