This week I called USCIS because I request an Expedite EAD sept 30, I did send fax an no answer, talk to a tier 2 and advice to wait !! thumbs up and let it wait!
and something that I don't understand NBC is supposed to work First come,first served basic???
, I know it depends on the FO, case etc but is very confusing, 2 months of radiosilence and nothing, and see people that fieled after is like wow
I dont think they dont follow any protocol, system is so disorganized
Well lets wait a little bit more and see what happens!! at least August fillers are getting some movements

It's Kansas City. From what I've noticed from other filers from here, it seems like Kansas City field office moves fast.
