My mom applied for my adjustment of status (F2B) and my final action date has finally become current. They changed my status to case is ready to schedule an interview today and considering, I've been waiting for 10 months, they'll probably be scheduling my interview soon. My mom is going to be out of the country for two weeks next month and I'm worried they might schedule the interview during those two weeks. Does anyone know if she needs to come to the interview? My sister was her joint sponsor. Would it be alright if she came in my mom's place instead?
