Here am I again, if anyone could help me on this.
so I went to a i485 interview on July 30. We went thru all docs and evidences, simple questions where we met, who introduced us, when we got married and that’s it. Took a look on the photos, and said at the end that we were going to receive an answer by mail in 2/3 weeks. Yesterday, exact two weeks later I received two letters, one of them was notice of administrative closure saying that after a further review they saw that I’m on removal proceedings and they don’t have jurisdiction to approve or deny my i485, that is up to the judge that is on my case, and my next court hearing is on feb 27. Ok. I was told that could happens, the judge is the only on that can adjust my status bc of the removing proceedings. And they said that they are closing and whenever I have I answer from the judge, I can send to them and they will reopen. On the letter says that we went through all the papers and all were correct and true. Therefore, they send me a knew interview letter for next 16th. Now the letter is saying i130 petition for alien relative. Why are they telling me to come to another interview 16 days after the first one? I know I have to have the i130 approved by uscis and then the judge will approve the i485.
