Hi good evening to all. I have been reading a bunch of articles about the new public charge rule modifications. And one article mentioned that for i864, the income requirement will be 250 percent of poverty level instead of 125 percent. I was not able to find the exact line on USCIS website. Can anyone please let me know if I'm right ?

Please see below URL. It is a study done by Kaiser family foundation. Go to the bottom right above Endnotes and you will see all the heavily weighted positive and negative factors. Just remember that if you have already filed, you may be on the "old" rule which is 1999 guidance and this MAY not apply to you. I do not know for sure and am just giving you my opinion based on what I have read.

I have seen your post and I was wondering if you could give me a little bit of hope.
My husband and sponsor made a mistake filling the I-864 in the "Current Annual Income", he reported more because that wasn't clear for him... (He got a new job last June)
Do you know what we should do to correct the mistake? Should we just wait to get an RFE?
Thank you so so much if you can answer this question!!!!
