  • Interview & Approved

    New Orleans Office

We got to the office 20-30 minutes before the interview. It took a bit longer for the actual interview than expected due to the computers not working properly. Once we were called in we did a sworn statement to tell the truth. We sat down and the interview begun. The Officer was really nice and straight to the point. She just asked a few basic questions to me (full name, Place of birth, address, both parents name, where do I work, my husband’s full name & date of marriage and when is my due date since im expecting) once she did the yes no questions she said she was going to ask another officer of my Parol in Place since she didn’t know exactly how it work & if everything was in order she was going to approve me that day. She asked me to leave her my number and new address (since we are moving in 2 weeks to another state). She called me 3 hours later to let me know I got approved & that she’s sending my green card to the new address we provided.
