Cannot get call-back from Tier 2?

Okay, I am just really frustrated at this point.... I filed all paperwork on 19th April, received all receipts and everything and since then I have been waiting for biometrics. It's been 4 months! I have called USCIS 3-4 times and these level 1 people keep on giving me different information; first it can take up to 2 months, then because of an RFE another one months, after that month they would look into it and contact the necessary authority and let me know withing 2 weeks, still nothing! So for the last 2 days I called in the morning and asked to speak to Tier 2 officer, both times scheduled a call-back, both times waiting all day without any phone call!! So I called again this morning and the level 1 person said 'ya, biometrics can take up to 6 months'.... ya right! I honestly believe they have NO IDEA and just want to end the phone call!
They couldn't even tell me what times the level 2 officers work and until what hour I can expect a phone call back and when I can give up for the day. This is just beyond ridiculous because I know my case can not really move forward without the biometrics but Tier 1 officers have NO IDEA and do not help and Tier 2 wont call back!

Yes, that was a little rant, I just needed to get that out of my system

I filed back in March 5th, but still no biometrics letter. I called and talk to Tier 2 officer, he told me that USCIS has not scheduled a biometrics appointment, yet. He told me to wait for it, which is very frustrating I understand, but that is the best thing they can say.

Call the 800 number and select no receipt number when the auto assistant asks about it. It will transfer you to live person.
