    Hey everyone in the forum i just sent out my docs for AOS my husband who is a USC is my petitioner i just want to know how long does it take to get a notice receipt from when i send out my package and do they do criminal background check just for the applicant[me] or they will do one for my husband[petitioner] thanks in advance good luck to yall.
