Traveling on H1b status after I-130 and I-485 submission

Hello,
My current I-797A and H-1b visa expires on Jan 24 2020. I am planning to submit my I-130, I-485, I-864 forms in a couple of days. I am looking to travel from Dec 14, 2019 to Jan 14, 2020.
Since my current H-1b is still valid till Jan 24, 2020, can I travel under my H-1b status without the need for I-131 Advance Parole?

I think yes. Are you going file for h1 extension after return ? If so then you should be okay

Thank you for your reply. I have "recapture time" that I will be using to apply for extension. This is the time I have been out of US during my H1b. Total time I have accumulated is 4 months. My university is applying for the extension of 4 months sometime by next week with premium processing so I should have something by end of Sept latest.
