Waiting For i-485 Response Marriage based
Good Afternoon guys
I'll try to summarize my situation,
June 2016 Enter to the US with Visa b1/b2
Jan 2017 Applied for Asylum
*150 days pending time*
Requested Work Permit (here I dont remember the exact wait time for receiving my work permit and Social security card)
Nov 2017 I got Married to a US citizen
Jan 31 2018 Filed I-130 and I-485 at the same time
Feb 05th I-979C received priority day Jan 31,2018
Feb 16th Biometrics appointment received for 03/05/2018
Apri 23th Interview appointment for May 31
May 31 Request for Evidence
(On may 31 2017 I were cited for possession of *********, I plead NOT GUILTY, complete diversion program which is community services hours and drug test for 6 month and after that my record will be "erased") Ive submitted all information from court including judge decision and completion of program
July 2nd Decisión, App Denied. My application was denied because the court documents I've submitted was a copy and not the original
July 2nd I-130 approved
July 20th Filed a I-290 B
March 2019 GOT DENIED My I-290
May 15th Applied for I485 and Work permit Renewal
May 17th I-485 and work permit 797c receipt.
Ok, After that notice I haven't receive anything from USCIS, my work permit expires on Sept 7th and since is a different category I cant use the receipt notice to extend ir for 180 days (c8 for asylum and know im waiting for one c9).
Im open to any comments or advices. I know I have done some stupid things but Im trying to get this solve now. I was doing the hole process on my own for lack of money, and then after the Interview I got a job and a lawyer
