    I would like to get some advice my self and my wife has been married for 2 years 6 months. My wife usc. After we got married and we complete the paper work and she told me that she submitted it only to found out 8 months after that she did not do it and she been lying ever since. She started treating me like crap I could not afford anything for my self I am home every day stressing. When I finally get around to have her sign the paper she did but the bad treatment continues. She went out drink got drunk came home and start coursing at me for no reason. I finally submit the paper work my self I went to the interview last october 31s and I still do not heard anything from them. My work authorization came In january and I got a job which am currently in. I started paying the Bill's and do what I want to make my self comfortable. I was admitted in the hospital twice for chest pain they said its stress. No it's been 4 month my wife have not been home on weekend shes always out traveling with her friends so I only see her like a few minute in the morning before she head to work. I work night shift. Now yesterday I was at work and I got a message from her that she moved out and she need a divorce. Is there anything I can do to secure my self?

    May 02, 18 - Finger print fees received
    May 06, 18 - I-765 Return for missing signature and was mail back out same day
    May 11, 18 - I-765 Received
    May 18, 18 - RFIE
    May 29, 18 - Both finger print done
    June 5, 18 - RFIE Received
    Sep 21, 18 - Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview
    Sep 21, 18 - Interview Was Scheduled
    Oct 31, 18 - Interview complete
    Jan 18, 19 - EAD New Card Is Being Produced
    Jan 25, 19 - EAD Received in hand

    Did you go to the interview with her? If so how did the interview go? What did the immigration officer say after the interview was complete? It is past processing time so yoy want to contact your congressman to assist and see what is happening with your application. So sorry about what you are going through.

      Yes we both went to the interview together and it went well but he needs to verify something first

        Nothing you can do at this point with USCIS. If you divorce before you get your green card - then your case will be denied. You need to work on the issues in your marriage even if you feel you are not fault. If the marriage can not be salvaged then you should pray that they USCIS approves your case before you get divorced or legally separated. Moving out is not a legal separation in most states.
