Case status check website down?

Sorry if this has been already addressed, but I just found info online about this issue and thought it might help somebody out.

Apparently it is USCIS website that's messing up and it was first reported on August 27, 2019, so they are working on it.

What helps is clearing your cache or using Incognito mode in Chrome. Clearing cache worked for me!

Long story short, I had to fill out a form that I haven't received an interview notice in mail through this page: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do , and ever since then, I cannot check my case status for I-485, I-130, EAD, and Travel Parole, which I filed concurrently. As if they deleted all my receipts numbers and my case just doesn't exist anymore.

I thought maybe their page was down, but it's been five days and I'm getting worried why my case "doesn't exist" all of a sudden. Especially after I've been waiting for my interview notice and haven't gotten it since August 2nd (that was the last update on ma case status). I'm worried that I might have somehow missed my interview and everything has gone to waste...

Anybody knows why I may be experiencing these issues?

Which error message do you see?

I cannot search for my cases either. When I search with a case number, it returns nothing.

However, I have an account created. When I log into my account, I do see my cases and their status.
