Concurrent filing of I485, I765 and I131 - How to write $1225 Check for all

I am aware that there is a fee waiver on I765 and I131 during concurrent filing when you file I485, I765 and I131 together. However, I am confused on how to address the check for I485. Do I write I485, I765 and I131 on the $1225 check or should I just write I485?

$1225 is the fee for I-485. I-765 and I-131 are both free.
