This case has taken 2 years and 2 months . Please I need ideas . Is there anyone in this kind of situation ? We are not using any lawyers .could that be a factor ? For now I’m waiting for the final mail for an interview date

You finally have an interview scheduled. The time for other ideas was the 18 months before this.
What office or region did you apply to?
We applied through an attorney in Chicago and submitted October 2017. Still no interview. Our attorney has made frequent service requests and calls into the Chicago office to no avail. Even escalating to one of our senators hasn’t helped.
