We had our interview in March. The officer didn't tell us to wait for rfe after the interview.I received Rfe for I130 after interview. There is no update on my status still interview scheduled. I replied RFE the 2nd day I received it. I'm still waiting for update. If they asked for rfe 150days after interview does that mean they want to approve the case?

What is the detail on the RFE you received? You are supposed to receive a NOA on the RFE you submitted. If you have not received a NOA for the RFE then your RFE has been waylaid and USCIS may not have received it. Did you send your RFE it by certified mail?

They asked us to send our tax return which we offered the IO but he told us everything was fine. I sent it with a certified mail and delivered the next day. The RFE is from the field office and there was no update when it was sent.

I never received NOA after responding to the RFE. My case was approved last week after 3.5 months sending the RFE.

Resend the RFE using certified mail if you haven’t and request for a signature upon delivery. You will get a tracking number that way. I used certified mail and was able to see who signed for it.

Plz Thanks. I sent it with certified mail. It was delivered the next day and signed by an agent without name. Do you suggest I resend it. The waiting is annoying and frustrating.

No need to resend it if you used certified mail. Just keep the receipt and your tracking number. They have 120 days to make the decision to approve the case of not. My case was approved close to the 120 days after mailed the RFE. Hang in there.

My RFE was sent April 2019 and still no update as of January 2020. I’ve talked to two two officers and my lawyer and no one can give me an answer. I even went to the congressman and nothing
