Hello Everyone!

This has been an amazing resource for myself and my wife while we go through the process of filing for her AOS!

We have just finished our Table of Contents for the Bona Fide Marriage Evidence and were wondering if you guys could have a look and give your honest opinion?

We've been together for 7.5 years, been married 1 year and have been working on cruise ships for most of the time together which is why we don't have much evidence of living together yet. Hopefully, we've made up for it in other parts!

Personally I think this too much. It seems like overkill. Just include one of 2 documents in each category. Some things like emails/********/cards back and forth and affidavits have little evidentiary value so I would leave them out. Concentrate on financial ties, insurance, living together, travel /holidays together, pictures with friends and family on several occasions. The sweet spot is not too much and not too little. Right now you are in too much

My personal opinion that you can never have too much evidence... but I dont see you mentioning a lot of pictures? Or actual contact evidence back and forth like messenger chats or sorts? Cards seem to be very little evidence. I see a lot of exterior evidence but too much personal evidence.
