Outside of Normal Processing Time i-765

Hello,

I have file my second E-Request for Outside of Normal Processing Time on my form i-765.
my question is if this is normal?

NBC is not giving me any answers as to why I haven't gotten my EAD.

my priority date is 11-26-2018 and they are working, as per their website on 03-22-2019

can someone tell me if they are going or have gone through the same as I am?
What can I expect from this second e-request?

My case is ready to be schedule for interview for my i-485 since 08-09-2019
