Hello all. I (Am cit) am sponsoring my wife for her AOS. We filed back in February. Received interview scheduled letter in June but unfortunately we would be living elsewhere by the time it was scheduled. So of course we filed the AR-11 well before the 10 day thing on the website, she called USCIS to get the interview cancelled. Then in July, she gets a call from the field office (Portland, ME) the interview was supposed to be scheduled at and told they never received her AR-11 despite physical confirmation on our end, and a clear entry by the tier-I phone customer service rep on their end. Thankfully, because she called, and USPS address change, the (I presume either the IO's supervisor) USCIS field office employee saw this, he said he would transfer her case to the field office (Baltimore, MD) that is our jurisdiction. That was two months ago. She asked for a status update on MyUSCIS but because it currently is broken and giving Error 500s, she can't see the response. Tier II immigration officer on phone could only see the interview was canceled. Not feeling good about this. Service request for website was simply closed as resolved despite no attempt at troubleshooting their Error 500 (which is a server side error) so her account is still worthless and cant even see anything. Put in a congressional with local office but that's 2-4 weeks pending a response apparently. Such a s**t show of an organization. Its heartbreaking going from having the freaking interview scheduled to now its anyone's guess what's happening. What if anything can we do or even hope on occurring? Will we be in Baltimore's queue as February 2019 priority date?
