any of you fill out applications for green card for themselves I have no money to pay a lawyer and I do it by myself.My wife is a citizen and i have my I-94 expired in november 9-2009 and my wife did her taxes without me do you think i gonna get in troubles for that? please help me i will apreciate it

ok did you work last year coz joint tax return is always the main thing to show bonafide marriage and if u are married u should do ur taxes jointly unless there was a reason as to why it was not done jointly and u don really need a lawyer if u use info from this website unless you hve smthing in ur background then ull need a good lawyer best of luck.
