Adjustment of Status
My I 140 case is pending. I 140 was applied for me only. And I am about to apply for I 485. My wife is in Nepal. Can her application also be concurrently applied with mine in the Adjustment of Status?

I-485 is only for people living in the USA.
What visa are you on? Can your wife get a visa for dependents? Can she travel to the USA to adjust status? If not, I think that you can send form I-824 with your I-485 so she can do consular processing after you get your GC.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
