About parents name in Birthcertificate

I am in the process of applying for my I-485. My Question is about Birth Certificate and Related Affidavits. Please read and provide your advice.

Names of my parents in my birth certificate contains initials as it is normally written in India. Is it necessary that the parents name should also be in full ?

If so, is the " one-and-the-same " person affidavit from the parents sufficient ?
