    fiance to adjustment of status

    we just married within 90 days of entry and now want to file AOE
    How long do we have to file this -is he illegal once his I-94 expires?
    is it only the I-485 and I- 864 we need to file -he received work permit upon arrival -is this still current?and do I need to pay the fee and apply for advance parole is he wishes to leave the US ?does he need more medical exams?
