We were notified on August 28 that our interview has been scheduled. We have not received a letter notifying us when and where the interview will take place. We contacted USCIS customer support and they were unable to tell us the date of the interview. They sent a request for USCIS to resend the letter, but we do not want to miss our initial date. Does anyone have experience with this? Where can we find this information? We are based in Brooklyn, New York. Thank you for your help!

Some people were able to get the information by calling USCIS and then asked to talk with L2 officer.

Call back and dont stop until they put you through to a tier II rep. They are actual immigration service officers and have full access to their CLAIMS system to see dates and all that stuff. The regular phone service is honestly a buffer and worthless.Comment

Usually when you get a notification, you get a month to get ready. So go call them first thing in the morning and ask for a level 2 officer. Your interview might be in the last week of this month or first week of next month. Goodluck!B2; AoS; Same-Sex Marriage:USC
