Sept-2019 Concurrent Filing (I-485/I-130)

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd connect with others who have submitted for concurrent filing at Chicago lockbox this month (Sept-2019). I have submitted I-485, I-130, I-130a, I-864, I-693, G-1145 and G-1450 (one each to pay for I-485 and I-130) along with the support documents for each of those forms.

All the documents should be received at the Chicago lockbox on Sept 16th 2019. Guess that is my start point. I have nothing else to update for now - if my case progresses further, I'll update here. If anyone else filed this month for IR-1 category this month, please do share your timelines here please. Thanks.

anand1850555 please update your signature, Go to user setting by clicking on your username at the top right. In user settings go to account. Scroll down to “conversation detail options” and you will see “edit post signature”.

this will help everyone else to see your timeline and you dont have to post dates multiple times.

I am from Burlington, New Jersey, and my field office would be Mount Holly. To be honest, it’s extremely tricky to determine how long will it take, but I expect it shouldn’t take us (from L1B to AOS) that long. Scheduling interview would likely take two-three months after we are done with biometrics.

Hi everyone. I am also a September 2019 filer.
Concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765.

I sent my packet 9/12/2019 via USPS to Chicago Lockbox.
Delilvered on 9/14/2019.
Received by USCIS on 9/16/2019.
9/22/2019 Text and Email Acceptance Confirmation from USCIS
Received I-797C for all forms by mail on 9/30/2019.

I am now just waiting for the schedule of my fingerprint. Does anyone know what the usual wait time is?

I just finished my Biometrics yesterday. Today, my current case status is "Fingerprint Review was Completed".

Does ‘fingerprint review completed’ mean the biometric was successful and FBI has given the case a green signal? Just curious, as I have had my biometric done today.

yes, that means you got all cleared and FBI didn't have you listed on their database.
