I got my approval notice in 4 days after the online status changed, last week. My wife who is a derivative 485 was issued an RFE according to the online status on 11/17/2004. Our attorney has not received the RFE till date.
How long does it take to receive RFE's and if we do not receive them in 14 days will they send the attorney a copy or FAX it to them. ?
PLEASE ADVISE. How should i go about to get a copy of the RFE and reply to the same, if we do not receive the original RFE by mail.
