Do I have to have copy of a lease with my wife's name on it?

Hi everyone,

I have an interview in October based on EB3. I just want to know if my dependent, which is my wife must be on the apartment lease contract? In other words, do I have to prove it? She is not on the lease contract. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I don't think there is a requirement to have the dependent on the lease. I guess that they may ask some questions about the marriage too if is recent. I don't expect they question us much about our 20+ years marriage. I'm sure I can't answer some questions that newlyweds can
