I am trying to see if anyone had a similar situation, with typographical errors on their disposition?

”I was arrested and charged for a suspended license in 2011” Paid a 75$ fine.

Error on the disposition is my name and DOB is incorrect.

I have tried to get this corrected, but courts and the DA are no help.

I did get a certificate of conduct, in hopes to show my arrest record, but that came back as no criminal record found.

If you been in this exact situation, how did you address it with the IO at your interview and what was the outcome?

Is your name and DOB way off? Go to the police office department that arrested you and ask for a police report if they have one. Also you can get the receipt for the fine you paid. It should have your name. Go to where you paid the fine to get such info.
