green card for mom while I-94 is about to expire

Hi,
we are applying for my mother green card ,my mother's stay expires in 2 weeks. I have filled I-130, unfortunately I got laid off and our income is not enough to sponsor her, I got an offer for job ,but I want know for sure within next 2 weeks. Please advise if you can think about options we might have.Can we submit I-593 despite I-130? We do not want to involve a co sponsor.
