I have exactly 3 questions to ask and would appreciate it if someone could help me.
Im helping my wife fill out the i-485 to apply for residence. Here are the details:
She is Cuban and she is 17, she came on Dec 2008 (a little more than a year ago) and she came through the special program of family reunification. She came with her mother as a minor since her grandparents (parents of mother) are US citizens and claimed them through the program. I am a US Citizen but she is not applying through me, she is applying using option E on i-485 by just the fact she is Cuban.
Here are the 3 questions that im not sure what to answer:
1) current USCIS status
its been more than a year she entered the US, we havent applied for money issues, so now that it is more than a year, what is her current status?
2) in what status did you last enter?
Dont know what to put here? Status of cuban family reunification program? dont think thats right
3) were you inspected by a US Immigration Officer?
She came legally through Miami Airport, my guess is yes, but im not sure really what this question entails. I dont want to commit any mistakes.
