Concurrent Filing with I-130 F2A

Hello everyone, I just wanted to make sure if I can concurrently file I-485 along with I-130 under the F2A category since the one of the cut-off dates mentioned in the most recent Visa Bulletin is 'C' (current).
Also, do we need to separately attach a G-1145 (E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance) for each form (I-130, I-485, I-765) or just a single instance of it would suffice?
