Hi there, sharing my experience so far, curious if anyone here is experiencing similar situations...
I am on an L1 VISA, GC sponsored through work and supported by external legal Team.
Category EB1 manager/exec. I am based in California, with European passport
We have been in a sort of holding pattern since the interview at the end of June.
We were waiting for our Priority Date (July 31 2018) to become "current" which happened with the January VISA bulletin. No updates in January, so Legal team contacted USCIS for an update and were informed that USCIS cannot provide status update on my case at this time, apparently USCIS is currently only accepting formal case inquiries for AOS petitions filed before end of April 2018
7/30/2018 AOS filed with USCIS
9/10/2018 Biometrics completed
6/28/2019 Interview scheduled and attended with positive feedback from Officer
