My case was transferred to the National Benefits Center on 10/17/19.

Can the members please comment on how long before the next step, Interview Ready, is typically seen?

I am still here waiting patiently for our turn. I noticed that the USCIS is slowly moving up with processing cases by dates. Most cases (those that were pending decision for long time) they are working right now are around June, 2019.
We are seeing April-May filers at their interview stage, June filers starting to get the interviews scheduled from NBC. Is this what you meant too?

Just wondering if USCIS (NBC) is processing cases in batches? I ask, because I see NBC transfers from August and September getting interviews scheduled now. Several cases with the same transfer date are getting their updates. Let me know if I am wrong.

July 12 – Biometric appointment notice
July 23 – Biometric appointment done

Very weird. Have you contacted USPS also? Mention that this is a highly important document and that they need to open an inquiry. You can walk into the main post office and have the post master there open a case.

We have similar timelines as far as NBC transfer goes. Please let me know if you see a status change!

          Good luck with the EAD.

The 7th month might be a blessing or a coincidence. However, the USCIS workers have daily quota to complete. Also. when individuals send in ALL the required documents with completely filled forms, it makes it way easier for them. So cuddos to you and your friends for submitting complete files.

Read through the form instructions. In our case J supplement needed to be filled out. My guess is that 864 isn't common for employment based cases.

Can the senior forum members please comment on how long it takes for a case to get ready for interview scheduling after the NBC transfer? I am not able to get much out of the other threads, since they are almost all Family Based cases.

Can you please update when you receive the case change notifications? Ready to schedule status?

Is San Antonio a relatively busy office?

Yea, I have gone through every possible inquiry attempts with USPS, the local manager has declared it as LOST. My lawyer suggested to wait 120 days then file the e-request for card non-delivery.

Hopefully, I will get my GC before that. And the post office doesn't lose it. In the meantime, I still have H1B until next year.
