Hello,
My priority date got current today and wondering about the timeline from now and onwards. Looking to learn from member experiences whose PD got current recently, time it took to receive the interview letter, time to actual interview date, and then time to receive the GC. I am located in bayarea California, so trying to understand if the wait times are longer for CA residents compared to other states? Greatly appreciate if you could share your experiences.
FYI - have a pending I-485 with AOS with finger printing completed already; been like this for the past three years now.

San Antonio is really busy office.I submitted concurrently on May 2018 and nothing happened until case transferred to NBC on July 2019.
Ready to schedule interview notice online October 25th
Interview Scheduled notice online November 4th
Interview Letter received November 8th

We have an upcoming AOS interview. I asked our lawyer about the employment verification letter. She said that it is not needed since I have the supplement J. I do not feel at ease with this. Is the employment verification letter still needed even with a Supplement J?
I also requested the letter from my HR but they are not replying to me.Comment

Yeah, this seems weird to me too. My attorney specifically prepared a verification letter for HR to sign and then give to me to bring to my interview. Now, they did tell me that they might give me a verification letter OR a new Supplement J, but I believe the new supplement J wasn't necessary because I still do the same job as I did when I first applied for the I-140. Did you job title or job description change? If so, you would probably need a new Supplement J and your lawyer's comment might make a bit more sense (although you'd still need a new Supplement J, not just use the old one).Originally posted by dmel03 View PostAOS EB-3 Employment Based
