My fiance had filed his I-485 petition 2 yrs back and got the receipt.Then they asked him for medical examination proofs which he had sent.And it is in same state since July 2009.
when they received noticed is "we received your response to our request for evidence on July 2009. This case is being processed at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location......"
He gave his fingerprints 2 yrs back. They should be calling him soon for the second print. Can I file my I-485 petition as his derivative after he gets the fingerting call letter?Also please tell me if it is possible to postpone the fingerprinting interview date?Please respond ASAP.
we are getting married on Aug 27th and I will be travelling in a H4 (dependant) visa. I'm jus scared scared that he wud get his 2nd fingerprinting call b4 we get married. Is it possible to file my I-485 petition so late at this stage?
