Hello immihelp fam.April 2019 filler here,today I went to my interview with my wife in Saint Louis Missouri field office,everything went well, the interviewer was a nice lady. We were scheduled for 12:40 but we waited an hour before we got called.Once we got in,we sworn and gave our id. She basically asked me questions in the i485 form,my wife’s name,her date of birth,our marriage date and where did we meet? At the end of the interview she told us about 10 years green card since we’ve been married for more than two years. I gotta say I received a courtesy letter in July 2019 regarding my i693 medical exam which I submitted after the 60 days the civil surgeon sign. So I brought a new one at the interview, she forgot to ask me for it,that’s when i mentioned it. She says “thank you” she opened it in front of us and review everything, she saw a box that the freaking doctor did not check on part 10 which is the vaccination record.She held our case for review because of that,and gave us a white paper. She told us to not do the whole exam again just go to the doctor and make him check thethe part where the doctor should check the box that you had your vaccinations and send it to the field office after receiving a mail from them.That’s crazy!I WAS SO CLOSE TO GET APPROVED ON THE SPOT.My advice to everyone is to make sure you guys check on everything your Civil surgeon doing after filling the i693 before they put it in a sealed envelope.Review the copy they give you,check to see if the doctor sign as well.etc... ????
