Sacramento 2018 filers

Hi guys,

Wonder if anyone filed in Sacramento and got any update? Things seem so low lately for me.

My category is F2B, PD 2/15/14. Filed I-485 in September and got my EAD in April 2019. My I-485 is still "we are working on your case" since October and has not have any updates.

I filed on March of this year (I485) marriage based. Did my biometrics on April and on August 21 my case is finally ready to be scheduled for an interview. It’s day 46 now and I’m still waiting to be scheduled for an interview (Sacramento). I looked at the processing time on the USCIS website and it seems as if the processing times keep getting longer. I’m hoping and praying that’s not the case. Good luck to you!

Applied for I-140 (EB2-NIW) on 12/03/2018 and for the I-485 on 15/01/2019. In June, my husband an I got the EAD combo card. In September the interview was scheduled and will happen in two days, on 10/17/2019 in Sacramento. So it was pretty fast in my case (9.5 months from the I-485 filling to the interview).

Thanks! I had the interview yesterday and it was all right. Today I got the change of status to "New card being produced". I think it is finally over! :-)
