Online Notice but haven't receive mail

Hi guys,

I got an online notice on September 30 that my Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence is scheduled for interview. However, several day passed and now it is October 7th but I haven't see the notice in the mail. How long does it usually take for the mail to arrive? and what should I do if I don't see the mail coming by the end of this week.

Hi,

It usually arrives within 5-10 business days from when the status was updated online. Maybe you should call USCIS if you didn't receive it by this week.
Have you signed up for USPS Informed Delivery? You can tracking the mail from the moment USCIS prepared to mail out the letter.

Did you change your address? sometimes they still send letters to the old address.
The letter usually arrives a week after the status changed.

Don't wait too long to call USCIS , so you won't miss the appointment.

You should get it soon (today or tomorrow). If you don't get it by Wednesday, call and talk to L2 officer, they can give you the date.

yukit did you get the letter yet? letter normally comes from the field offices so time may very, like Enub4 said please call Tier 2 officer from 14th Onward to get the date and time of your interview.
