Can some one please guide and post a list of documents required for concurrent filing of family based AOS
I-130 130A 485 864 765 131

I am on H1b and my spouse is a US citizen. prior to H1b i was on F1 visa

Do i need to submit my student visa related doc as well(I-20 OPT card etc)? Currently i am on H1b from last 9 years.

Any recent filers Please help.

I think for FB married to USC you only need to prove that you entered the USA legally, so no need to send all your I-20s, all your visas, etc. just follow the guides for people married to USC. Good luck.
