egov.uscis case status vs myaccount,uscis: Different updates

Hello all,

I am a July '19 EB filer at NSC.

Concurrently filed with the 140 approved a few days after filing.

Biometrics were completed 5 weeks after filing. However, the egov website still shows "case was received", but the myaccount website shows "Finger print review was completed".
Which one can I consider to be more accurate?

For my wife, both websites still show "case was received".

There is no transfer to the NBC, no updates since our biometric.

Same for us. The principal had "fingerprint review was completed" and the spouse/child didn't change. After almost 3 months after that (without change) we got an update with EAD.
The silence is unbearable at first, but then you understand that the process is like that.

One site updates some things but not others and vice versa with the other.

Thank you for your comment. I thought I was a corner case, but it looks like not getting constant updates like the majority does NOT mean my case is being ignored?

You are not wrong. July 19 is very recent, still a few months to go.

Some people get updates because some information was missing. Don't worry much, you will get updates in the future when your case is ready for an interview.
