negative income 2008. What would you do?

I'm planning to finally send off the I-485 today, but on my I-864 for the year 2008 my adjusted income on my return was a negative number, and for 2007 it was 0. This is because I worked abroad for part of 2008 and all of 2007 and took the foreign earned income exclusion. I've included photocopies of my returns for those years. Would you also include a note pointing out the reasons.

My returns will show that I was well above the required income for my family size, but those numbers on the I-864 are a bit shocking.

My 2009 return reflects that I am above the income level for my family size, and I've included paystubs from January 2010 to the present.

What would you do?

AGI required for last three years

Thank you. I was aware that you only have to send in the most recent year's return, but you also have the option of sending in the second and third most recent years' returns, and since you have to list the AGI from the most recent, the second most recent, and the third most recent years' returns, I was a little worried.

I ended up letting the returns speak for themselves. Worst case I get an RFE.
