  • Did fedex lose my rfe response document

Hello, I need help here. I used FedEx to mail my RFE response document to the USCIS field office. The FedEx said it was delivered, left at the front door. But I haven't received any notice from USCIS. It has been three weeks. And what is "left at the front door"? Did the FedEx just drop my document by the door? Is my file lost? Thank you.

Yes redux just left it there and it was stolen. You should have used signature guarantee.

Send a new one with usps priority mail.

The RFE I received said, "include this original letter and put the cover letter on top". If yours said the same you may need to contact them to get another original to include with your response (my guess).
Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
      ---
All my posts are based on my experience or information I read on the forums or the USCIS website. I may be wrong. Please consult a professional.

Thanks. My doctor didn't fill the I-693 correctly, so what USCIS requested is the Form I-693. I mailed the one in the sealed envelope to the USCIS field office which is the one lost. And now I only have my own copy which is not sealed in an envelope by the doctor. Do you think can I just mail my copy to them or I have to go to the doctor again to obtain a sealed one again?

They definitely wouldn't accept your copy.... you need a sealed one unfortunately.
