Hi Everyone,
I am drowning in anxiety and looking for some visibility into timeline here.
I am EB1C, Brazil. PD is current.
Had my interview on sept 18th and officer said she would approve, but there were no more visas, so needed to transfer my case to another office.
Oct 2nd my case status was updated to another office.
Still 17 days later, same thing, no change!
The huge problem is, i have a job offer from another employer and really want to join them, but they can only wait so much.
Do any of you have an idea how long it could take to get green card approved?
I thought couple weeks but these weeks have passed now.
Anyone in the same boat?
