Hello, I’m married to USA citizen and apply to I-485 on August 20. I had a family emergency and I had to travel to my country, so I applied for Emergency advance parole and got it. Now I’m abroad and I got a mail says my I-485 is stopped processing and they need extra evidence( which is my husband’s birth certificate) My lawyer missed it while sending documents. My question is would it be problem to come back while my I-485 is stopped processing? Please help me

No, I don't think you will have any problem. I guess you received a Request For Evidence, that is not a problem for you to come back with a valid AP.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
