Mine 485 appr'd, Spouse(doesn't work) 485 RFE vaccine..I want to change my job
Need some advise...
I am working and my 485 got just approved. Am going for stamping next week.
My wife, who doesn't work got an RFE for vaccination as she was pregnant while her 485 was applied for. She has an EAD and Adv Parole. We have re-applied with some vaccinations (not all yet).
Question: I want to change my job rightnow. Does it affect my wife's 485 approval?? The attorney's who are working on this are hired by the employer.
I am worried if i change my job and my wife's 485 gets stuck. Please advise.
