Getting all worried and anxious here. We submitted everything the way we were supposed to. However, with the I-864 we didn't submit an employment letter from my husband. He makes way above the poverty line and we also sent the tax transcripts for the last 3 years, however he changed jobs a lot and now I am afraid of getting a RFE about an employment letter. If we do get one, I hope we get it soon. Did my biometrics on Monday.F1 AOS though marriage to a USC

The 18th of November I had the biometric appointment. Two hours later the status was updated to "Fingerprint review completed" but the 12/13 it has been updated to "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken" but the date is still 11/18, is this normal? Am I going backwards?Because the logical thing will be having first the fingerprints take and later the reviewed one. Does somebody know if this is the regular processing?

I saw the same thing on the Case Tracker app but when I went online to the egov.USCIS.gov website there was no change in the online status in their system.
And with that lovely segue I'll add, there is also no change in the delivery status of the supposedly "sent" RFIE. WTH!! Did they mail that notice from the North Pole? What kind of mail takes 7+ days to arrive. SMH! This must really be some official kind of torture.Last edited by Trini0616; 12-13-2019, 10:39 PM.
