Also, for the people that have been married under a year, like me: what sort of evidence/documentation did you submit with your I130 to prove bonafide marriage?
the only thing we were unable to get was a joint bank account. They stated that I needed my SSN yet I have heard some banks do allow you. I went to Chase/TDBank/Santander/WellsFargo & was denied. These are what are close to us. That part is what makes me nervous. Also, what is “any other relevant documentation” that can be submitted?

I have no SSN and my husband was able to add me to his Chase account.It was giving problem at first but they put my current address ( US address ) for SSN I think they put 1-9 or 9 zeros ... then the agent called the back office and they approved it .

He put my name on the power bill(both our name is on it )
Itinerary from past trips taken together
Itinerary for future trips we will be taking together
Copy of Health and Life Insurance Policy

may good news come to each one of you today. I know that the processing times are terrible but hold tight! I swear I got anxiety waiting for my NOA then my Biometrics Appt. Letter. To make matters worse, you check your case status online & it isn’t updating in a timely manner Please, hold tight, don’t give up...it’s coming!

I subscribed and read posts from September filers, August filers, July filers, etc.
They all reported that USCIS status does not update from fingerprint fee received until it goes to ready to schedule interview. Right now that's running 1 to 6 months after the fingerprint review is completed. So once you get your biometrics appt letter and appt over the wait begins.

The advice I saw on the other threads (and it makes sense to me) is (i) choose an app or (ii) sign up to the USCIS status updates and (iii) stop checking for updates daily because there is a 1 to 6 month wait based on your field office and (iv) focus on getting your bona-fide document package loaded, together and well organized for the interview.

And btw they all say the lawfully app sucks and the anticipated approval dates are way off.

Received notice via text "Fingerprint Review Completed." Wow! That was super fast. Best to not get accustomed to such expediency from the USCIS.

I know the feeling! I have been obsessively checking all the websites and freaking out that we were one of the earliest October filers and still haven’t received our biometrics notice. I am just limiting myself to checking once a day now for my own emotional well being lol. Wishing all of us the very best!

I received multiple texts on 11/11 but no email notification. Also, credit card charge date is 11/08 but it only reflected on 11/11 just before getting the texts.

Try Bank of America.. idk if they still allow to open w/o ssn but started my accounts with them since 2015 w/o ssn or itin. Now im using ITIN after marriage as we used it to file for joint taxes.

Yeah our dates are side by side too! Also tunderenee.
Its how it is on cc, posted but pending then next day it’s processed like other transactions you paid thru any card. So dont worry, just be happy that your case is marked in already! ^_^ Cheers!

I will look out for your post when you receive your NOA physical copies, I will probably get them a couple of days after you get them

11/08/19 1760 dollars posted on my credit card.
11/12/19 received text messages with the receipt numbers.

to check the status of your application I think this is the only reliable website.

I also subscribed to "Informed Delivery" in the USPS.(USCIS send mail through USPS). They will scan all the incoming mail and post images on your USPS account.

10/16/2019 mail received by USCIS Chicago IL.
11/12/2019 received NOA via text

I went to Chase bank in NJ & they did absolutely nothing but look at us like we were nuts for asking for such a courtesy

Wow, congrats. What a relief! I don't understand why it was taking that long. What is your service center?
