Desperate here! Filed for AOS to the Chicago Lockbox on October 17th. On November 4th, after not having received anything, I called the Lockbox and they told me to send an email to Lockbox support. I called 5 times after that and I am still not in the system.
Anybody that filed around the same date and haven't received anything yet?

The online notifications for my i-485, i-765 and i-131 came after 26 days from date USICS Chicago Lockbox received my cases and my paper receipts came after 4 weeks. Chicago lockbox support email response takes 3-4 weeks. Good luck to you to get the NoAs next week.

Guys I am in the same boat with the biometrics appointment notice. We filled on 30th of September (Chicago), they got the package on the 2nd of October, I got the 4 text receipts on the 9th of October, mailed receipts on the 11th, on the 16th we changed the address cause we moved (got the letter of the address change too in the mail) and since then literally nothing, I am really starting to worry.

What mailing service did you use to submit your packages? FedEx, USPS priority? Did you track your packages? That way you'll know if it actually arrived at the lockbox or got otherwise lost.

Next, how much was the fee you submitted? I have read that they will hold and return your package if the fee is incorrect.

Hey All,

Please update your signature, Go to user setting by clicking on your username at the top right. In user settings go to account. Scroll down to “conversation detail options” and you will see “edit post signature”.

This will help everyone else to see your timeline and you don't have to post dates multiple times.

The "August 2019 Filers" thread shows that so far the majority of the August filers are now having their status changed to "Ready for Interview to be scheduled" and receiving their interview appointments for dates in December.

So for those of us in "fingerprint review completed" status now is the time to just settle down and be patient for the next two months or so, also considering many more people filed in October than any other month in 2019.

Have you called USCIS? We are in the same boat as you, still awaiting biometrics appointment. Some local offices are slower (we are in St. Louis) and when I called, the Tier 1 rep said some were taking up to 2 months to issue.

That being said, I submitted a formal inquiry online last Friday and it was assigned to an officer for processing/response the same day, so I’m expecting some news this week. I will keep you posted!!

Hi! We used USPS and our tracking number says it was delivered. And I just checked the fees we submitted and they are correct.

I haven't called yet, thinking it will come any day now, I was thinking of doing that online inquiry but I am not sure that I'll get any type of a proper response from them aside from what you just said, it can take up to 2 months. We're in Chicago btw so maybe that has something to do with it, I really don't know...

Mine was delivered to Chicago Lockbox on 10/28. No notification of receipt and the checks are not cashed yet.

I called the USCIS like 6 times now and because the 30 days hadn't passed they didn't give me any answers. I even talked to tier 2 officers. I will call again tomorrow because we are now beyond the 30 days. I was also thinking of waiting until December 1st and if I haven't heard from them I was planning on escalating it to my Congressman. We filed our AOS and sent it to the Chicago Lockbox and they got it on Oct. 17th.

Biometrics appointment notice arrived today, appointment is next Wednesday for my spouse.
