EAD Combo cards are hard to come by lately for some reason And that depends on if your at NBC, Vermont, etc. I have seen on other threads, ppl get EAD Combo cards mere weeks before their Greencard interview whilst others get it and wait an additional 3-9 months for an interview. It all depends on your individual Case AND The processing center that’s handling your paperwork.
For instance am at NBC: they are slow AF & I also have the Newark NJ Field office again: SLOW AF. So I might get my EAD & wait an additional few months before I interview OR they might surprise me & send me to interview by February.

I’m at the NBC. I wonder why they’re hard to come by. So is the 90 day / 120 day from filing not accurate either? Is there anyone I could call to clarify this? Does the NBC have an email I can use?

So called USCIS again this morning and finally they told me my notice was mailed out yesterday!!! She even gave me my receipt number!!!! I did the G-1145 for electronic notification but she said maybe they did not have enough time to send out the electronic notifications smh

Same here. My application was delivered on 10/28 and then nothing. The checks are not cashed and no receipt of application.

So I called again this morning and the rep patiently looked and she was able to see that my receipt was mailed out yesterday and she even gave me my receipt number to my I130 she could only give me that one since I am the petitioner on that document. She does not know why I did not receive the electronic notifications, but its okay. I was going to start calling every morning

Update: they scanned our forms yesterday. A little bit after a month from us filing. I found out when I called the USCISl early this morning

Called USCIS got a very nice lady who took the time too look, was told my notice was mailed out yesterday and even gave me my receipt number for the I130 since i am the petitioner on that document. she did not have an explanation why I did not get electronic notifications.

What's the exact address that you wrote on the envelope? We sent our AOS package and it was delivered to the Chicago Lockbox on Oct 17th but we haven't received anything so far and we're beginning to think that we skipped something on the address. Also did you use signature receipt?

For those of us who have submitted inquiries re biometrics appointments, has anyone heard anything?

Our inquiry was assigned to an officer for response on 11/15. Just wondering how long I should wait before we call for an update??

Check the USCIS Website for any contact info. The 90-120 days isn’t guaranteed for everyone. Some people have received EAD Combo cards in less than 90 days and some are still waiting way past 120 days. The reason for this is quite unclear. I saw on YouTube a woman got her EAD Combo card 60 days after fingerprinting. I was amazed: she didn’t expedite, she filled out the forms herself, didn’t use a lawyer & just submitted all evidence they asked for. We can only pray they afford us the same speedy timeline. But like I said it isn’t guaranteed for all to receive in 90-120 days.

Thank you for letting me know! I just called them like you did and they did say they have received it. But they couldn't find the receipt number in their system. Keeping my finger crossed for the receipt!

Can anyone give me contact information for NBC? I might just be looking in the wrong place but I can’t find it.

should I wait 3 - 4 weeks until my fingerprints should have been looked at by the FBI before contacting anyone?

Hi all! I just realized that I should have included my passport pictures in the I-130 (my husband is the petitioner and I am the applicant). Applicants that are in the US have to send their passport style pictures in there. Do you think we're going to get a RFE?
