I have read through a lot of recent timelines, and usually the case status changes to ‘Interview Ready to be Scheduled’ about two weeks after the response to the RFIE is sent. Hopefully we see some updates soon, especially the biometrics. Talking about biometrics, have you talked to USCIS lately about it?Concurrent F2A at NBC. FO Detroit

RFE for notarial certificate of birth (Chinese born), did a bunch of research over the weekend and very confused. Originally submitted medical certificate of birth in Chinese and certified in English. If USCIS asking for Notarization, is it to notarize the English translation or to the content of original certificate..the latter seems need to be done back in my hometown which my Chinese ID has already expired 3 years ago.
Anyways, good luck to all!FO: Cleveland, OH

Hi everyone! So from what I am seeing, most of the people that get their fingerprints review completed are getting their status changed to "interview ready to be scheduled" in about 15/20 days. I was thinking that I got my fingerprints done on the 9th, so I am assuming that my status change should be posted around Christmas. But since the holidays are just around, I think they are going to work on my case in January. I shouldnt be negative though and should think that USCIS is going to send me my Christmas present on time lolF1 AOS though marriage to a USC

12/9: biometrics appointment
12/13/19: “Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken”

1/20: RFIE received in the mailbox
1/29: RFIE response sent (overnight)
1/30: "RFIE received by uscis"
02/06: ready to be scheduled for an interview.
02/07: Interview scheduled
02/19/20: EAD production
03/17: interview cancelled
04/29/20: GC being produced, same day: I-485 and I-130 case approved

I’ll be going off for a few days. I’m driving myself insane checking here and the apps 50 times a day. I’ll just wait in the courtesy letter for the medical and chill out for a bit. Besides it’s Christmas. I don’t expect anything for now
