Hello folks any october filers of parents here? I filed in October for my parents and received 2 fingerprint appointments one is november and another one in december, due to finger prints not going through the first time, but no update since the last appointment. 'Finger print review is complete' did not show up so wondering what the next step will be for us. Online status still shows case received as of October. Getting nervous with this wait!

We resubmitted a new 864W along with his social security statement (he’s earned more than 40 quarters of credits), tax transcripts, pay stubs, employment contract, etc. Hopefully they have everything they need!
So far I haven't got any rfe, but I am worried because we sent tax account transcripts instead of the returns (however, that should be even better because tax account transcripts are more complete than returns) and we didn't include my husband's (sponsor) employment letter. However, that was not obligatory, so we shall see.
I am not familiar with 1864w forms but I am sure you'll be fine. Like I said, I'll pray for you! (And for Sohi249 and myself too lol)F1 AOS though marriage to a USC

Plus, the paperwork first gets to a distribution center and then it goes to NBC or any other of the national offices and then to the local field offices. It's easy for papers to get lost in such a process.

I am waiting for my hubs to get home from a meeting this morning so we can call. It’s crazy. When Sohi429 last spoke to a tier 2, they said since it’s so late they may already have biometrics they need for our cases. My hubs does his every year that he renews his O-1 visa.
